- Develop social, emotional and communication skills
- Bring young people, families, and communities together
- Drive young people towards volunteering, further education, and employment

By helping young people in Greater Manchester to learn and develop creative skills, we are preparing them to go out and seek employment in the creative sector.
From promotion to production, design to dance, and fashion to filmography, the creative industry is still one of the fastest-growing employment sectors in the UK.
So while our interactive workshops for young people might sound like a lot of fun – and they are! – they’re also an invaluable tool for young people looking to take their first steps into a job.
As part of our regular creative youth events, we bring young people together at the heart of their communities to showcase their talents and achievements.
Our focus on sharing talent right where it grew enables us to:
- Share young people’s achievements with their families and friends
- Build a sense of pride and worth to communities
- Increase footfall in local venues and spaces including libraries, and community spaces
- Bring positivity and creativity to under-privileged areas
